Is BYJ wire or cable? What is the difference between BYJ and BV?

BYJ, as a commonly used environmental protection wire in the decoration industry, has superior safety performance such as high flame retardancy, low smoke, and aging resistance, and is widely used in construction engineering and decoration industries. Next, we will focus on: Is BYJ wire or cable? What is the difference between BYJ and BV? A brief analysis of these two issues.

BV wire

BYJ's full name is cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire. It can produce fire-resistant, flame-retardant, low-smoke and halogen-free wires according to customer requirements. Guangzhou Zhujiang Cable supports customized production, which is environmentally friendly and safe.

Common specifications: 0.75 square, 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square, 6 square, 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square, 150 square, 185 square , 240 square, 300 square, 400 square, 500 square, 630 square.

Single core wire

Is BYJ wire or cable?

A wire is composed of one or several soft wires with a light and soft sheath; a cable is composed of one or several insulated wires, and the outside is covered with a tough metal or rubber outer layer. BYJ is a single-core wire with only one core and an insulating layer. BYJ stands for cross-linked polyethylene insulated cloth wire, which belongs to wire.

What is the difference between BYJ and BV?

BV is a PVC insulated wire, BYJ is a cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire

BYJ——Copper conductor cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire for fixed laying, temperature resistance class 90℃;

BV——Copper conductor PVC insulated fixed laying wire, temperature resistance class 70℃.

BYJ is a copper conductor cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire for fixed laying.

Bv is PVC insulated copper core wire, BYJ wire is more expensive than bv wire.

BYJ copper core XLPE insulated wire, BV is a PVC insulated wire.

The difference between BYJ wire and BV wire is the different insulation material, and other wiring usage is the same.
